Cash-in-Transit

Going by the modern security challenges and increasing risks in transporting and managing cash,  our extensive experience and expertise in the operation of Cash Services  has helped retail sector customers and financial institutions to manage their cash operations more efficiently and securely thereby  protecting assets, and reducing costs.
The Cash-in-Transit service was introduced for the benefit of retail sectors & financial institutions that close their receipts at the end of each day or in the evening hours. The collected sealed cash is securely transported to G4S Vault, processed and recorded under CCTV surveillance system, and deposited in the designated bank account of the customer the very next day.  The Collection and processing of the cash is carried out by dedicated and trained crew and cashiers using state-of-the-art machines.
The secure movement of Cash & Valuables takes place in Armored Vehicles, which are fitted with GPS and monitored 24x7 by the Central Monitoring Station at G4S base.

Secure Vaulting:

We also offer customers the facility of using our Vault, which is built according to international standards and specifications for temporary storage of cash and valuables during the times when their banks or designated locations are closed. The cash and valuables can be delivered to a specified bank / location on the following working day as per the instructions of the customer. Following are the salient features of our Vault:

1. Highly secured Vault Door and Combination Locks to ensure maximum security and protection of valuables.
2. Full secured entry and exit to the vault controlled by Access Control system.
3. 24 hrs Vault & Premises surveillance and recording through CCTV system.
4. The entire Vaults and safes are fitted with Vibration Detectors & Intruder Alarm systems, which are directly connected to the Central Monitoring Stations.

ATM Management

G4S Cash Services has developed and implemented the most secured processes for providing efficient solutions for ATM Management with the ability to cater and monitor to the Bank's existing and expanding ATM networks across Kuwait.

The replenishment of an ATM is independently carried out by G4S on the instructions of the Bank. The authorized G4S employee will take over the cash required and will replenish the ATM. This replenishment of cash in the ATM is only carried out by trained security personnel who have successfully completed a specialized training course in the handling and servicing of the ATMs.
